Green Forest City-Wide Clean-up

Get ready to get rid of that extra junk!
ONLY 4 BULKY ITEMS WILL BE PICKED UP:
Bulky items (furniture, lumber scraps, etc.…)
Metal (appliances, lawn chairs, etc.…)
Electronics (TVs, computers, microwaves, etc.…)
There are some things we’ll have to leave
We will NOT take:
Tires
Paint
Items that operate on Freon (Refrigerators, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.…)
Yard waste (limbs, leaves, yard clippings, etc.…)
This is completely free to CCSWD Customers.
We do have a few rules to follow to keep this event efficient and free.
All items must be out by 6:30 AM Saturday morning. We will be very thorough and will cover every
street. Items left after Saturday morning will be the resident’s responsibility to remove.
Rate Increase - Effective February 1, 2026
There will be a rate increase of 6.5% as of February 1, 2026.
Eureka Springs Service Alert
Per Eureka Springs Ordinance No. 2348:
Standard weekly trash service shall be for two 35-gallon container or two trash bags with a maximum capacity of 35 gallons. If more than two containers or bags of trash are placed at the curb for disposal, they must be identified with a bag tags. Bag tags can be purchased for $2.00 each at City Hall or where designated by the city. Any overflow or excess bag of waste not marked with a bag tag will be left on the curb.
